Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator

My client, a large organisation with European reach, requires a Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator for an initial 9 month fixed term contract. The role will be made permanent for the right candidate.

This is an exciting position, reporting directly into the Head of Marketing. The role supports all aspects of the businesses European Digital Marketing function.

You will plan, implement, track and optimise all things digital; including websites, social media, SEO, email, PPC, re-marketing and display. You will ensure all communications are customer driven, whilst being engaging and innovative.

You will have a strong understanding of current and new digital marketing tools, be able to plan integrated digital marketing activities from concept to execution and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Day to day duties include;
? Managing digital activities including websites, SEO, PPC, re-marketing, email, social media and display advertising within the context of the Marketing Plans.
? Supporting the development of new geographical/product/service websites for multiple business divisions
? Supporting activity across a mix of channels that drives lead generation, opportunity creation, and lead nurturing, identifying the most effective messaging and calls to action.
? Reporting on performance of all digital marketing activities against goals (ROI and KPIs) using relevant analytics tools and make recommendations.
? Reviewing new technologies and digital trends to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
? Evaluating the online customer journey to improve the customers? online experience and improve conversions.

The successful candidate:

? A proven track record of implementing and executing digital activities in line with marketing plans ? specifically across websites, SEO, PPC and social media.
? Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
? Excellent communicator with good verbal and written skills, with an ability to communicate at all levels. European Language skills desirable.
? Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital activities that engage, inform and motivate.
? Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
? Attention to detail and accuracy.
? The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines across multiple projects.
? Organisational skills with the ability to deliver a high volume of quality work.

Package:

A salary of £29,000 – £32,500
25 Days Holiday + bank holidays (pro-rata)
Cycle to work scheme
